Welcome to AcademicWriting.pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
-
“Client” or “you” refers to any individual or entity who uses the Service or places an order with us.
-
“Order” means a request submitted by you for academic writing, editing, proofreading, formatting or related services.
-
“Deliverables” means the written work, edited documents, or formatted materials we deliver to you pursuant to an Order.
-
“Website” refers to academicwriting.pro and any associated subdomains, and any web pages or online interfaces under our control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By placing an Order, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Scope of Services
We provide academic writing assistance, editing, proofreading, formatting, and other related services. We do not provide services for the purpose of plagiarism, cheating, or any academic misconduct. You are responsible for understanding your institution’s policies and ensuring compliance with academic integrity requirements.
4. Orders, Payment & Refunds
-
You submit an Order with instructions (topic, word count, academic level, deadline, formatting style) and we provide a quote.
-
Payment must be completed before work commences. We accept the payment methods listed on the Website.
-
Refunds or partial refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which you should review.
-
You acknowledge that once work has commenced (especially for custom writing or editing), cancellation may not be possible and refund eligibility may be limited.
5. Delivery & Revision
-
We aim to deliver the Deliverables by the agreed deadline. Delivery times depend on complexity, word count and urgency.
-
We offer a revision policy described on the Website or in the Order terms. Revisions apply only where we failed to follow instructions and are limited to that scope. They do not include changes in topic, additional writing beyond originally ordered word count, or new assignment questions.
6. Client Responsibilities
-
You agree to provide accurate, complete instructions, relevant materials, deadlines and any required credentials or course access (if applicable) to facilitate our work.
-
You certify that any files or materials you provide do not infringe any copyright, third-party rights, or violate any laws.
-
You understand that the Deliverables are for your personal, educational use only, and any submission to your educational institution is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property & Use Rights
-
We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property and proprietary materials used in providing the Service.
-
Upon full payment and delivery, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for your academic assignment only. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the Deliverables without our prior written consent.
-
If you distribute or publish the Deliverables beyond the scope of your academic use, you may be in breach of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
-
Engage in any form of academic cheating, plagiarism, misrepresentation or violation of institutional policies.
-
Submit false or misleading information in your Order.
-
Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or affiliates.
-
Use automated means to interfere with or access our Service.
-
Violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and Deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that your institution will accept the Deliverables, obtain a specific grade or outcome, or that our Service will meet your expectations. Your use is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our officers, directors, employees or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AcademicWriting.pro and its affiliates from any allegations, claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or your institution’s disciplinary action related to your submission of the Deliverables.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or cancel your Order, at any time for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any payment obligations or affect any provisions of these Terms that by their nature continue (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Indemnification).
13. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at our discretion and will post the revised version on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., the State of Delaware, USA or Pakistan, depending on business location] without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Location]. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck without affecting others.
15. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Order-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AcademicWriting.pro regarding your use of the Service, replacing any prior agreements or communications.
